Big Creature (Live at Small Time)

Since 2013 BIG CREATURE has been on a quest to find out who they are through the sounds they make and the songs they write. Through methods both traditional and otherwise, BIG CREATURE harnesses the power of the eighties as portrayed through PRINCE and PETER GABRIEL and THE BLUE NILE as well as the sounds of now as presented by THOM YORKE and EVERYTHING EVERYTHING and NINE INCH NAILS. Clean, jangly, shimmery and bold sounds collide with dense soundscapes that are rife with complexities, distortions and reverbs – above all BIG CREATURE values deliberately daring drum grooves, carefully curated compositions and glimmeringly gutsy guitar lines.

With the late 2021 release of their long anticipated EP and concert film titled BIG CREATURE STILL EXISTS out of the way, BIG CREATURE now set their sights on a return any stage that will have them, so that they may serve up sonic concoctions to all those who have ears to listen.

*This is a non-ticketed event. To watch the studio recording, we recommend either arriving early to reserve a seat in the main studio lounge or booking the patio for the live stream. Most of the venue has direct or indirect studio vantage points (find out more details here).
